Confidentiality
Organizations making strategic management changes often desire that the search be confidential. At the same time, executives being considered for the position must also be highly discreet as they negotiate with their potential future employer.
In-depth Research
Our executive search practice is based on a national and international consulting network supported by in-depth research into the dynamics of the client's business, markets, competition, and environment. We identify sectors, companies, and sources within the target industries or functions to fulfill the client's needs. We also maintain contacts with attorneys, accountants, consultants, industry analysts and professional associations connected with the target industries. These research activities are handled by our industry-experienced staff members who are committed to quality and confidentially.
Our Guarantee

OCG is committed to operating its practice with the highest of ethical principles and requires all Firm employees to understand and agree to our Professional Conduct Policy.
Equal Employment Opportunity Policy
OCG is committed to equal opportunity. It is our policy not to discriminate against any employee or candidate for employment because of race, color, religion, age, gender, national origin, ancestry or disability.
Why use a retained search firm?
Undertaking an effective executive search is time consuming. More and more companies believe their busy executives should not take time away from already demanding schedules to undertake a search. Even if conducted efficiently, an internal search can consume countless hours for top management. More often, the search is neither thorough nor efficient. The logical alternative is the independent search consultant who is already skilled in executive recruitment.
The Bloody Red Hand of O'Neill
The legend of the "Bloody Red Hand of O'Neill" recounts brave Celtic chieftains in several boats rowing across the northern Atlantic where they caught sight of the beautiful green coastline that today is Ireland. These chieftains were proud rivals and could not decide which would become lord of the land. After a conference at sea, they decided that the first of them to touch the land with his hand would claim it as his reward. The furious race narrowed to two boaters, and O'Neill, seeing his rival edging ahead, made a decision. He pulled out his battle-axe, severed his hand and threw it to shore thus claiming the land for his descendants forever.
