O’Neill Consulting Group Recruits Region President for Rapidly Growing National Insurance Broker Confie Seguros

Boston, MA. (June 11, 2015) –O’Neill Consulting Group, a global retained executive search firm, announces the placement of Justin Tichy as president, west region at Confie Seguros, a private-equity backed insurance provider based in California. Previously vice president of retail sales and operations at multinational technology retailer Best Buy, Tichy will lead a robust multi-site sales force and implement strategies that push Confie’s aggressive growth plans and national footprint even further. Tichy will report directly to Chief Sales Officer Darrin Silveria.

Tichy brings change-leadership and business building experience from Best Buy, where he had full ownership of the creation and execution of strategies for the company’s Specialty Division and top priority growth engines. During his 14-year tenure with the technology retailer, Tichy earned progressive, fast-tracked promotions for achieving sales success, developing high-performance teams, and driving customer experience improvements. Earlier in his career, he held sales and operations roles at Target and Wal-Mart.
