Curiosity is the fuel that keeps Faith going. She loves opening her mind by digging into a good book or taking a hot yoga class. Her passion for yoga even led her down the path of getting her yoga teacher certification a few years back. Going for long exploratory walks is also among Faith’s favorite things to do, like strolling the full length of Manhattan in a day or searching for sea glass on the beach. Her zest for learning also extends to her success on our team, where she applies her deep listening skills and growth mindset to support our project teams, candidates, and clients.

Faith Mahaney brings more than a decade of client service experience, including time spent serving global investment firms, to her role as project coordinator at O’Neill Consulting. Her project management support spans searches for private equity clients, their portfolio companies, and other public and private enterprises.
Through her superior communication, drive, and organizational savvy, Faith accelerates our speed of execution and enhances the quality of our service for clients. Her specific responsibilities range from ensuring executive-level communications and deliverables are met to solving complex travel arrangements and producing insightful reports.
Faith joins O’Neill Consulting from prior roles with global investment banking firm BNY Mellon and research, trading, and data analytics solutions firm Instinet. She holds a B.S., Finance from Providence College.
