Brian is a Principal at O’Neill Consulting, where he leads executive search engagements across the manufacturing and consumer packaged goods sectors, with a focus on private equity-backed organizations. He partners closely with clients to identify and place leaders who drive growth, strengthen operations, and position businesses to scale.
He brings nearly two decades of experience spanning HR leadership, learning and development, and executive search. Prior to joining O’Neill Consulting, Brian served as President of M Force Partners, where he built and scaled a private equity-focused search practice into a $1M business within its first year. He has led searches for CEOs, CFOs, and functional leaders across operations, finance, HR, and supply chain, while also advising clients on organizational design and leadership strategy.
Brian is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he lives with his family. Outside of work, you’ll most often find him at a soccer field with his three young children or on the golf course when time allows. Recently, he’s taken up pottery and discovered a surprising talent for making bowls. A lifelong competitor, he also firmly believes he could win either Survivor or The Amazing Race.
