Armed with knowledge of organizational behavior and the world, Doug dives deeply into searches, unearthing insights usually left uncovered. He can always be counted on to deliver all-star candidates—and a great quip or two, as likely to quote Bill Murray as Bill Shakespeare.

Doug is a search leader and human capital strategist with more than 15 years of multinational expertise in the consumer, hospitality, real estate, and technology industries.
Well-versed in organizational design and behavior, he connects businesses with talent who are a natural fit. Doug thoughtfully advises clients on talent matters related to scaling, restructuring, and going digital, helping even the most ambitious of clients realize their business goals. He can navigate his way around a range of roles, including recruiting finance, human resources, commercial, operations, technology professionals.
Doug was previously the founder and managing director of DMR Advisory, a search firm and member of the AESC, which was acquired by O’Neill Consulting in 2015. Previously, Doug spent 13 years as managing director of an executive search firm, where he helped launch one of the first online recruitment websites. Doug graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University with a B.A., Organizational Behavior and Communication.
Based in New York, Doug's personal passions include finishing New York Times crossword puzzles and spending as much time as possible outdoors. He considers being a husband and father his greatest accomplishments.
