Rachel jumps at any opportunity to engage with her community, which is why she enjoys living near Houston and having the ability to attend various sporting, food, cultural, and entertainment events. Her proclivity to sample activities helps Rachel discover what brings her joy. From a young age, Rachel was interested in working with people and held a variety of jobs throughout high school and college ranging from working at a hotel and spa to a sno-cone stand. She also tried her hand at many different sports before discovering her excitement for community events and philanthropy.

Rachel is an associate at O’Neill Consulting. Actively involved with the research and execution of search projects, her work centers on sourcing candidates to solve the pressing talent needs of private equity-backed portfolio companies and corporates. Her focus spans the business services, consumer, and industrial sectors, with specialization in the manufacturing, automotive, and oil and energy markets.
Rachel worked as a search consultant for a national talent consulting firm before joining O’Neill Consulting. There, she managed the full end-to-end execution of engagements, identifying, developing, attracting, assessing, and closing candidates successfully. Earlier in her career, Rachel rose through the ranks at a boutique oil and gas recruiting company. Rachel earned her B.A. in business administration and management from The University of Southern Mississippi.
Rachel grew up in Central Mississippi and currently resides in Spring, Texas with her husband, Clark, and their dog, Hugo. On weekends, Rachel enjoys spending time outside, being active, reading, and working on projects such as gardening, crocheting, and cooking/baking. Having spent her entire life in Gulf Coast states often devastated by hurricanes, Rachel is passionate about relief efforts and works with various groups to gather needs for the people and places affected by these natural disasters.
