Kristan Bloys is a senior project coordinator with nearly two decades of project management, administration, and client relationship management experience. She expertly manages searches as we set out to transform our clients’ businesses by connecting them with exceptional talent. Her responsibilities range from liaising with key stakeholders, generating documentation, and managing deliverables to make sure engagements are managed professionally, smoothly, and with the highest quality standards. Kristan joins O’Neill Consulting with strong administrative experience across a variety of industries ranging from healthcare to consumer goods. Most recently, she managed the front office for the largest provider of medical imaging in Rhode Island. Her previous roles have enabled her to hone the skills necessary to provide the highest level of service to every person and team she assists.Outside the office, Kristan enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. For her, a dream day is an entire day at the beach in the summer. Off-hours she can also be found taking her daily three-mile run through scenic Rhode Island, no matter the season or New England weather.
