Before joining O’Neill Consulting, Zach was a senior staffing consultant at The Greysmith Companies. There, he honed his skills in client relationship management and business development while connecting talented professionals with organizations in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. His early work ignited his passion for helping organizations scale through transformative leadership hires. Since then, he’s developed a proven track record of placing top executives in roles that drive growth, innovation, and cultural alignment.
His enthusiasm and energy extend outside of work, as Zach is an avid distance runner, often training for marathons or jumpstarting his mornings with scenic runs. He also can be found hiking, skiing, cycling, and golfing, balancing his active pursuits with time spent exploring music, culture, and food through travel.
