In his role as principal, Zach is committed to recruiting leaders for investor-backed businesses and public companies. With over a decade of search experience across consumer, industrial and private equity sectors, he focuses on the complete search process, client management, execution, new business development, and mentoring and coaching junior team members. Highly engaged and energized, Zach proves to be an excellent partner to both candidates and clients alike, and his contributions are instrumental to the ongoing growth of the firm.
Prior to joining O’Neill Consulting, Zach served as a senior staffing consultant with The Greysmith Companies, where he developed a foundation in client relationship management and business development strategies, connecting talent professionals with thriving organizations in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
When he’s not working, Zach likes to get moving, whether jumpstarting his day with a scenic run or training for marathons. Zach also enjoys traveling to discover music, culture, and food — especially in search of the perfect brew of coffee or craft beer. With 32 states in the books, he plans to visit the other 18 in the near future.
