Ethan, an analyst at O’Neill Consulting, is a key driver of our research endeavors. His primary responsibilities include curating talent pools, completing research, and conducting proactive market mapping.
His journey at O’Neill Consulting began as a summer intern, where his work focused on researching candidates and companies, mapping organizational structures, and assisting the project management team with communications.
Ethan graduated from the University of Rhode Island, where he double majored in public relations and communications studies, with a focus on public communication and persuasion.
Ethan resides in Rhode Island. Outside of the office, he can be found searching for vinyl records to add to his 200+ collection, seeing Taylor Swift in concert, and staying grounded through meditation and prayer. A barista at heart, you may also catch him scouting out new coffee shops with his friends and rating their cold brew.
