His success finding great cultural fits comes from his ability to meaningfully connect with others, problem-solve, and draw from past experience.
He has a 10-year track record in recruitment and healthcare, having partnered with C-level executives and healthcare professionals. Most recently, as a recruiter for a search firm, Sean built client relationships and earned their loyalty by consistently delivering on executive-level searches. Recognized for top performance there, he earned three President’s Club awards. Previously, Sean held client relations, analyst, and clinical roles for healthcare companies.
Sean lives by Rhode Island’s beautiful coastline with his wife Amanda, two children, and a menagerie of animals: two cats, three geckos, and a tribe of hermit crabs. The entire family spends weekends doing all things water-related—swimming, boating, going to the beach, fishing, or anything within a stone’s throw of the coast.
